Moldova a cucerit bronzul la Campionatul European de Judo, rezervat juniorilor

Judocanul Eugen Matveiciuc a cucerit medalia de bronz, la Campionatul European de Judo, rezervat juniorilor din or. Kaunas (Lituania).

 

Sportivul nostru i-a învins pe jucătorii din Estonia, Marea Britanie, Lituania şi Georgia. El a cedat doar turcului Mert Sismanlar.

 

Matveiciuc va concura și la Festivalul Olimpic al Tineretului European de la Gyor (Ungaria), ce va ave aloc în perioada 23-30 iulie.

 

La competiţia din Lituania au participat în total peste 500 de sportivi din 45 de ţări, iar Moldova a fost reprezentata de 20 de judokani.
