Boxerul Vasile Cebotari a devenit Vicecampion European printre juniori

Vasile Cebotari a cucerit medalia de argint la Campionatul European de box printre juniori, care s-a desfășurat în Bulgaria. În finala categoriei de greutate 54 kg, pugilistul din Tiraspol a cedat rusului Vsevolod Shumkov.

Alți doi boxeri moldoveni, Vitalie Prisăcaru (48 kg) și Vladislav Gudzi (60 kg) s-au ales cu medalia de bronz.

La Europenele din Bulgaria, Moldova a fost reprezentată de 10 boxeri.
